Psychotherapy is a general term for treating mental health problems, it helps in responding to challenging situations. Psychotherapy can help treat most mental health problems, including Anxiety disorders, Mood disorders, Addictions, Eating disorders, Personality disorders and Schizophrenia.

In recent years, alongside classic psychotherapy methods, equipment-based methods have increasingly been used for the treatment of psychological and psychosomatic disorders.

A traditional psychotherapeutic device used by a therapist with a non-verbal or resistant child subject, the child is shown a page of a book depicting a dramatic scene relevant to the child’s life. The child read a story related to the scene and is asked to place or affix the character puppet into the scene, the puppet exhibits emotion and feeling. Nowadays in the digital era, there is a growing interest in using mobile phone technology to offer real-time psychological interventions. The use of mobile technology to support various aspects of health care delivery has been on the rise for more than a decade, and is now commonly referred to as “Mobile Health” or simply “mHealth’.
